This is the base used for most of the wigs in the shops. Make yours  the way you want it. The advantage of this cap is that it allows you to easily feel your scalp and enables your entire head to breath with minimal hindrance.

You sew your weft over the black ribbons

The cap has sturdy adjustable straps for security and to adjust to different head circumference.

The plastic is temporary, it keeps the shape of the cap, and should be ripped off after making your wig. The sides of the plastic on the cap may look half ripped but it is not a mistake, it is to make it easy for you when ripping off the plastic! Now this cap is used mostly by very experienced wig makers, for beginners, they normally buy the full caps, easy to use.

You attach wefts across on the ribbons, (If there is any old wig from the shops you have, please turn it inside out and you will understand what I am trying to explain). If you try to remove the plastic now before attaching your wefts, the ribbons will be all over, the plastic assumes the shape of a head while you make your wig.
